"We've witnessed your human capacity for war. It would absolutely bring more harm than good." - Optimus Prime, Transformers 2

mudflap : transformers
Skid & Mudflap - transformers

And so, after the movie, I was humming the tune from the Bumblebee fight scene. I thought it was a perfect on-the-go tune.

I stepped in toy stores after toy stores with my friend (I would have otherwise not done so). I just couldn't find a perfect one to get my hands on: not too expensive, not too plastic-ky, not too low on detail.

And so, I got back, with the instrumental soundtrack from the Transformers playing in the background, googled and found this! Please please please tell me if you find this version of Skid & Mudflap in any stores!! (Oh, I don't want the upgraded Skid & Mudflap. I still think it looks darn cool when the lao pok ice cream truck drives into the hangar next to all the other high tech vehicles and airplanes!)

Maybe I should just go be a model maker or set creator. At least it's more fun! Cherry blossoms made out of popcorn!

Thanks mo for the clip! Haha, Dutch people eat loads of potatoes!

excerpted lyrics:
They're red, they're white, they're brown
They get that way underground
There can't be much to do
So now they have blue ones too
.
.
They have eyes but they do not have faces
I don't know if their feelings get hurt
By just hanging around in dark places
Where they only can stare at the dirt
.
.
PO ta to po ta to po ta to po

po ta to po ta to po ta to

While we're all rushing through our work and nothing else seems to exist in the world, here's a little reminder to spread the love.

Shot on a budget of $57. Found here. By these folk.

Watching it warms the cockles of my clammy heart just so. :)

“What makes people the world over stand in line for Van Gogh is not that they will see beautiful pictures [but] that in an indefinable way they will come away feeling better human beings. And that is exactly what Van Gogh hoped for.” - John Russell

"Sunflowers" by Vincent van Gogh

I woke up this morning and it was bright and sunny I felt so happy. =)
It reminded me of how happy I was when I saw this masterpiece in London, and to van Gogh, this yellow themed painting represents hope and friendship.
